A)    No

 

Q)    Will the patch panels be placed in the NIC shelter or on an existing rack?

A)    In the new racks.

 

Q)    Will there be any software-side installation on the Server- i.e. joining an active directory?

A)    No.

 

Q)    Will the quadcab wall mounted cabinet be mounted onto existing wood backing or will a product for installation be required as well?

A)    It will be mounted to a concrete wall.

A)    126.

 

Q) Does your request for SmartNet cover any existing items  or only the new items listed?

A) Only the new items.

 

Q) In the past how many days per week do you need  someone to come out?  Or do you just call when you have an open ticket? 

A) We put in a call when we have a problem. 

 

Q) How many days per month on the average do you require basic maintenance?

A) Last year we put in a call ticket twice.   But with up coming hardware additions I would estimate an average of at least one or two every one to three months, or more as needed. 

Q) Does the Net shelter need a front or back?

A) A front door.

 

Q) Does the equipment have to be the name brand that is listed?

A) listed or Equivalent.

 

Q) Do you need a KVM switch with the server?

A) no.
