GAB Aquatics

Dr. Cindy Gibson's vision and advocacy for our newly restored Ivan Watkins Natatorium continues with our new pool and newly trained life guards. Ten of our GAB staff members worked so hard in October through rigorous physical and mental tests to become certified life guards! They chose the name Team RED. RED stands for rescue and educate. From teachers, paraprofessionals, therapists, and the media specialist, here at GAB we can say that we have covered the campus with a range of skilled professionals to ensure water safety for our students. Macon Magazine wrote a fabulous article about our pool and how it benefits our students. Click Here!
